Thursday was
rainy – not looking good for practice – but that doesn’t stop
us!

We get a
little break in the weather.
and do some
cranking.
The sling is
attached. Notice the new experimental throwing arm – Hualin
Ash. It’s made with an aluminum I-beam core and some ash, making it
lighter than previous arms.
The sling
lines are pulled taught as the pumpkin is placed carefully.
